MAC Membership |
The MAC is a grassroots effort that was begun to try and organize those groups and individuals with some stake in the Mahomet Aquifer to work together to provide and gather the information necessary to properly manage and protect this vital resource. Membership to the MAC is open to anyone or any group. But, if you become a member, be prepared to get involved. Only through continued effort by all of our members will the reality of attaining our goals be possible. To date, MAC has over 50 members.
Our members represent a diverse and interesting group of both public and private interests who believe that understanding and protecting the future of the Mahomet Aquifer are critical to the continued health and development of central Illinois.
