Need for additional source of supply:  Yes.  Looking for 10-12 MGD

Need for Plant infrastructure improvements and distribution replacements and upgrades.

Conservation:  Previous changes in the plumbing code and voluntary home plumbing retrofits have been primary focuses.

Large industrial users: Addition of Dallman 4 Power station in Springfield will demand 2.2 MGD, which will be offset by the retirement of the Lakeside units and the gain of 2.2 MGD.
